IHOP in Wisconsin Dells

Hot Food. Good Service. Friendly Staff. I was concerned though because they were serving condiments out of bottles instead of packets or small cups.

Stop in to get lunch with my daughter. We stood there for 10 minutes before someone noticed us. Them after we were seated, we sat for another 15 minutes with all working staff standing in the doorway of the kitchen doing nothing. Never were asked if we would like something to drink or anything. We left. I will not go back.

We were sat at a booth that was marked "closed for social distancing" we moved one booth over one booth as there where 3 others open and not next to anyone else. Not the end of the world. But there was nothing special about this place. My opinion it is to o er priced. Should have stuck with a local place.

This place was BUSY. Even though they were busy, they were able to get our group of eleven seated in less than 30 minutes. Their food is something everyone likes and the never ending pancakes are a nice touch (even though they are very filling and I didn't really eat that many) -- The only recommendation is they should serve Coca-Cola products either in addition to Pepsi, or instead of Pepsi products. Coke's just better.

Food was good. Eggs, pancakes, sausage for $6.19 for seniors. Cheeseburger with onion rings $8.99. VERY busy. Not everyone wearing masks. Employees serving wearing masks. Not a lot of social distance.

Was seated immediately but then took almost an hour for food to be delivered to the table. They needed more staff. They are also not following social distancing at all.

Good service but I was surprised that social distancing wasn't done. Nearly all tables were filled in the restaurant as we finished up. People sat in booths next to us .

Mark is by far the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life. He was very nice and quick with everything. He didn't even have to write our order down! Excellent service and food.

New creme brulee pancake combo was really good. Our server Daniel was very attentive. Great breakfast overall. My daughter Stephanie would have agreed with this review. Love you Stephanie 😍

This place deserve NO star. By far one of the worst experiences. Our waitress Leslie was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. Service was awful. Food was cold and everything we got was bad. Hashbrowns with cheese awful. Manager was nice. Will never go back. Paul Bunyon is worth it.

Currently at this restaurant. Their garbage can is piled up outside. Has donut boxes on the ground next to it. Also beer bottles on the group. Was seated at a table that said closed for social distancing. The people across from us were so close I could braid her hair. Asked for a new table further from people and they acted like it was an inconvenience. Havemt gotten the food yetFollow up from this post. I got home 2 days later. I checked my bank account and the amount was 15 more then it should have been. The waitress added 15 more to my tip. Called the manager and she acted like it was no big deal. I am calling my bank to report freud on my debit card. Do not go here

Great service and food tasted great! Staff was friendly and there is a little mad who is the bus boy who has TONS of energy and was very fun to have little conversations with while waiting. So we tipped him along with our very kind waitress! Only complaint is that we had noticed our food sitting back on the table in the kitchen well before it came out to us. So the food was warm instead of hot, which isnt a big deal but is noticable. Overall great place to grab a quick bite to eat!!

Food is the best in the area highly recommend the stuffed French toast

There was no social distancing being practiced. Tables that are marked closed for social distancing were being seated. The staff was to busy taking selfies in the back to bring out our food when it was fresh. My wife and I both got cold food. The food was room temperature at best and our pancakes came out with raw pancake mix in the middle.... On top of that, half of the staff were wearing their face masks below their noses and not practicing any sort of sanitary practices. Worst iHop I have experienced by a long shot.

Food was good but not great. When did IHOP get so expensive? Two adults and two children under 12. All we had was pancakes with one side order of 4 pieces of bacon, two sodas and two waters came to $56.00 after a 20% tip. I won't be going to an IHOP anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible. Waited 2 hours just to get our food and then get charged with a tip. Spoke to manager and said theres nothing she could've done for us. Our food was cold, service took forever, and the server was upset the entire time. Brought these points up to the Manager and she said theres nothing she could do excpet talk to her employee. So thanks I hop for making us wait forever giving us cold food and then instead of listening to us tell us how sorry you are but nothing you can do! Go to mcdonalds at least their food wont be cold!!!!

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is delicious and the stuff is generous and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a pleasant evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Great service, prompt service, nice server.

No social distance seating. Yes their beyond busy but having every table full is not smart this summer. Masks are worn by staff and staff is super friendly. Food was great. BUT if your going to be open in a vacation city they should care about their staff and guests more by seperating tables or putting health guards up between tables.

This place really needs to get their act together. Got my food still in plastic bags one time. Every time we go the kids special pancake comes out not looking anything like advertised. I have a pic here of two special pancakes for kids and one was supposed to be green grinch whipped topping and some other stuff. Obviously not even close. The other one was a candy Halloween one. Again, fail. The only reason I keep going back is because my niece loves this place and no matter how mad she gets about the food being wrong she still asks to go here. I live in town and wish she’d find a different place she likes.

Heads up! This ihop is not folllowing social distancing guidelines. They need to get it together! 🤦‍♂️

We visited on Christmas day while having family vacation at Mt Olympus Resort. It was quite crowded , everyone was bg our server tried her best to do well. But hope it could have been more better. But we always enjoy the food at IHOP.

We came here at lunch time to get brunch. The food was good. That was not the problem.They were so busy! People were waiting outside and they were crowded inside. There was No social distancing. We sat outside to eat to be safe and moved our table away so we were distancing. I feel bad for the employee’s here who couldn’t understand themselves why there was no social distancing at the tables but everyone was to wear masks now. I pray this place starts social distancing or they will be one of the next places in the Dells to spread COVID! It was overly packed!

We entered the restaurant and was put at a table with sticker stating not to put guest there as it was a social distancing table, we moved ourselves to a 6 foot radius table , she took order and didnt come back until food was done, she placed food down and walked away with no return until we were ready to leave and when checking out didnt ask If we enjoyed food or say goodbye worst ihop service we have ever received and we enjoy coming when we are in the Dell's her name was adriana? No tip was left, and I tip very good as I was a server before and know that tips mean everything! CDC needs to close them down!

The employees are not great. We sat there and were ignored for what seemed like a long time. When we were finally seated the server rushed us and made us feel unwelcomed. The food was good but the atmosphere from the waitress threw off our breakfast.

Added $10 to credit card unauthorized.I tipped $8 on a $51 check. The total on my card was $69.Be careful.

Terrible breakfast. We usually love ihop for breakfast. We waited for our server for 10 minutes then finally got our drink order in. 10 minutes later we got our coffee orange juice and water and finally ordered. 30 minutes later we got a refill on our coffee and our breakfast. The scrambled eggs were burnt and cold. The bacon was under cooked, the French toast and pancakes were over cooked and cold. Our server never came back to see how our food was or to give us more coffee. I will never go back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing for $60.00 Plus tip.

Won't be going back. They were too crowded and we're not follow social distancing. No 6 foot rule between customers. Waiter was trying to give our food to two other tables before he realized it was our food

Beware: Management at this IHop location is Not Following any CDC Social Distancing Guidelines.. As I could clearly see they were not marking off every other table to follow CDC 6 ft Distancing Guideline.In other words.. at this time of the pandemic.. IHop Management is basically saying eat at your Own Risk at this IHop location.Not even the foreign staff act like they even knew how to follow social distancing guidelines.. I could see many staff were placing guests not within the same party, at tables next to each other.One reason I limit going out during this pandemic form places like this that don't care for their guests.. but clearly just for profits instead.

Very pleasant staff. Good deal on breakfast.Only problem was, I asked for crispy bacon and all the fat was still not cooked and not edible.Otherwise, it was a great meal for the price.

Its IHOP. Their food was on point at this one. Our waitress wasn't as cheery as one would like but she got everything right. We visited during covid, everyone wore their masks appropriately except the manager. Price fair.

IHOB has the greatest burgers. It was bizarre when the person next to me orders a giant stack of pancakes at a burger house 🤫

Outstanding customer service, our food was decent for an ihop. It wasn’t too busy during our Tuesday afternoon visit so seating wasn’t an issue.

Stopped on our way home from camping in the Dells on a Tuesday around 10:45 am. Our server was very polite, but we didn't receive our food until nearly 11:45. When we did receive it our sons meal was so cool he didn't need to wait to eat it. Our orders were not correct, but they quickly corrected it. There were a few larger tables of people that seemed to have more issues with their food and were appearing to be very needy. This may have contributed to the slow service we received. If you're in a hurry iook elsewhere.

We were ignored upon arrival n i had to say I need a table and some rude woman cut infront of us. Finally we got a table. Food was mediocre. I like IHOP but this one wasnt great but our waitress was nice

Food was good , the place was "Hopping" , service was good , my order was just as I ordered , I left happy ...

Will never eat at this location again. Good quality and timing was fantastic. Waitress was terrible. Didnt give us our silverware until we flagged her down after receiving our food and her 2nd trip into the back. Ate our entire meal with out our drinks refilled. Our waitress also added $10 to her tip at checkout. Store manager and district manager only offered a gift card in place if my stolen money. Very disappointed and spent ALOT of money to have had terrible table service and no satisfaction in a theft by their employees which is supported and defended by management. There is no accident in theft!

The customer service was great. We did not wait too long before getting our food. The best time to go there is before 9am because it's less crowded.
